If you know anything about me, you know I love tea! In fact, my very first trip to South Africa inspired my infatuation with tea. It all started with rooibos (pronounce roy-bose)! I drank it at least 3x a day while on my trip and surprisingly learned rooibos has several health benefits, even more so than green tea, and with NO CAFFEINE.

This is one reason I'm excited to share Bundle Organics teas with you! Their teas are so yummy and are made with only whole food based ingredients. Bundle Organics pregnancy wellness tea is my go-to these days. I can't get enough of it! I love the way it makes me feel revived, yet peaceful. With absolutely ZERO caffeine, it's the perfect way to have a healthy drink, PLUS get your much needed H20 at the same time! Try chilling it over ice and store in a mason jar in your fridge!

bundle organic teas consist of the following:

DID YOU KNOW...
"As recent research shows, FENUGREEK helps reduce both internal and external inflammation… in addition to improving your sex life and reproductive function,
as well as enhance nutrition for babies!

"
Rooibos tea can be useful for small children who suffer from colic or stomach pains. You may add some sweetened milk to the tea to improve the flavor and make it more palatable. This is actually what first began rooibos tea as a well-known health aid. Various South African women claimed that this plant was very soothing for their colicky infant. Word began to spread and rooibos tea was suddenly being thrown at any number of health issues to see what else it could help. 50 years later, the world knows all about this powerful little herb! The exact mechanism by which it soothes colic and stomach pain is unknown, but the general anti-inflammatory properties of the herb are most likely responsible."
Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!

CALMING AFFECTS DURING PREGNANCY:
I find drinking a mixture of roobios tea or plain roobios really helps me have mental clarity and brings me a sense of calm. I also love the anti-inflammatory properties in the tea.

Whelp, that's my tea spiel! Now, go make yourself a hot (or cold) cup of tea, sit down, and enjoy. : )

Pinkies Up!

<3,

Cate
