CONGRATULATIONS!! IT’S A BLUE LINE
Where and when I took the home pregnancy test: in the bathroom at a grocery store in Kansas City, Kansas. We were visiting Ryan's family over the Fourth of July and I was feeling great - I honestly didn't have any symptoms. On the 4th, we went to the grocery store to pick up BBQ goodies for the day - and possibly some margaritas to celebrate. I told Ryan that it would probably be a good idea to take a test before I started drinking for the day. I knew that there was a likelihood that I could be pregnant, even though I wasn't feeling any symptoms like I did with my first pregnancy. He questioned why I thought I needed to take on - "Do you really think you're pregnant?" I didn't really know, so I walked around the store pondering getting the test. I mean I didn't want to waste $15 on a test if I didn't have to, but I also didn't want to continue drinking if in fact I WAS pregnant. I also didn't want to buy a ton of drink mix and stuff because I'm the only one who really drinks amongst Ryan's family. So we passed on the alcohol. We finally got to check out and the woman at the register was almost done scanning when I felt the urge to run and go get the test. "Hold on!" I said, and ran to get the cheapest pregnancy test I could find. I ran back to the register, holding up the line, and handed it to the woman. "Just gotta make sure!" I said awkwardly. She scanned the item and we checked out. I ran into the bathroom - I had to take the First reaction when I realized it was positive: How I told my hubby: Reaction: Who we told right away and their reactions: When I told my friends/coworkers:
